Remove an uninstalled managed plugin installation

DELETE 
/v1/plugins/managed/installations/:plugin_id

Purge one installation that is uninstalled, or that never selected a release, together with everything it retained: lifecycle records, staged generations, feed credentials and cleanup state. The installation leaves the inventory. A live installation, or one with an operation or a release download under way, is refused with 409 and left unchanged; uninstall it first. Requires plugins:manage or direct owner authority. This never approves spending.
